We are now looking for our new Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will join the People team.
What you will do :
* Publish the job descriptions on our different job boards;
* Manage the tech recruitment processes;
* Source talent for Lydia by actively headhunting on senior/manager full time positions;
* Interview candidates and make reports;
* Track recruitment, keep up to date records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities;
* Put yourself as a real Business Partner to the Top Management;
* Participate in HR projects depending on the Talent Team activity.
You’re in the right place if :
* You have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment;
* You are data and results driven, used to working in a fast-paced industry;
* You have a business partner approach with the Top management;
* You know the tech/start-up ecosystem or at least you are very interested by it ;
* You have very good communication skills;
* You are known to be proactive, eager to innovate in the way you recruit;
* Fluent English and French is mandatory (written and spoken).
