Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talents to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are looking for our new FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team !

You will work under the supervision of our FP&A manager. In this role, you will help produce reliable and insightful financial data and reports to help decision-making.

What you will do :

1- Provide fast and insightful analysis 

• Contribute to the production of monthly reporting including operational KPIs and company financials;

• Design and produce analytical dashboards for the Top management;

• Run ad-hoc strategic analyses to support decision-making;

2- Facilitate decision-making on strategic topics

• Drive budget planning process, challenging assumptions and ensuring business drivers are clearly understood and highlighted;

• Continuously update the structure of the models to ensure they are still relevant to our organisation (new team, new business, etc.);

• Participate in financial planning activities in conjunction with the managing team and review variances from the budget to assess needs & risks;

3- Strengthen our financial process

• Contribute to the implementation of new processes and/or tools to streamline and improve our financial planning process;

• Continuously improve reports by adopting a data-driven approach;

• Participate in the automation, optimisation and acceleration of reporting, closing and forecasting processes.

You are in the right place if :

• You have Master’s Degree in Finance (or equivalent) and 2 years of prior relevant experience, in a top tier Financial Advisory firm and/or in FP&A or another Corporate finance function, ideally in the financial sector;

• You have excellent analytical and modeling skills (proficient at efficiently manipulating large data sets, rigorous in methodology, Excel/VBA/SQL, etc.);

• You have financial understanding of Balance sheet, P&L and cashflow;

• You are able to see the big picture, yet detail-oriented;

• You are autonomous, organized- and methodical in finding solutions to problems;

• You are fluent both in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
