Growth Marketing Manager

Part of our growth strategy is centred around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Growth Marketing Manager.
Reporting to our VP Marketing, you will join the Marketing team and you will be responsible for driving acquisition throughout the funnel in conjunction with all Lydia teams.
What you will do :
Take ownership of existing projects and accelerate them (acquisition, influence, affiliation, features launches...) ;
Identify future projects with high impact potential, frame them and implement them out in collaboration with other members of the Marketing team and coordinate with all Lydia teams ;
Work within the Acquisition squad to identify and implementing quick wins ;
Implement reporting to measure performance and ROI of projects (Metabase, SQL and Amplitude a big plus) ;
Reporting to leadership on the progress and impact of projects.
You are in the right place if :
You have more than 3 years experience in project management or consulting ;
You are fluent in both French and English ;
You know how to work in autonomy and be proactive ;
You are analytical, organized and rigorous ;
You are creative and have the ability to make proposals ;
You are not afraid of feedback and like iterative work.
And it’s a plus if :
You are a graduate of an Engineering School or a Business School ;
You love Lydia and you are passionate about technology and entrepreneurship ;
You have already worked for a mobile application ;
You already have had experience in Growth or Acquisition project management.
