Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Country manager for Portugal.
Reporting to our VP Marketing, you will join the Marketing team to help drive our growth in Portugal.
What you will do :
Manage the Portugal team: animate the team, ensure their recruiting and understanding of the strategy, communicate the objectives and make sure that the team performs
Follow-up closely on the country performance metrics and user feedbacks
Report figures and key insights on a regular basis to the leadership
Perform regular benchmarks to adapt, stay ahead of the competition and suggest evolutions
Develop local partnerships with relevant brands to drive awareness and conversions
Organize local field activation campaigns in festivals, campus,...
Support central marketing squad objectives delivery and new features releases
You are in the right place if :
You have more than 5 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
You have experience in achieving significant user growth and engagement
You are a people person
You are analytical and used to working with data
You speak excellent English
You are not afraid of feedback
And it’s a plus if :
You already have an experience in fintech
You are passionate about fintech
