B2B Sales Executive

We are now looking for our new B2B Sales Executive, to come strengthen the B2B team. Your role will be to drive our Inbound and Outbound channels to ensure prospects understand our offers, maximize their use of our business products as new clients & make them advisors for their market.
What you will do:
Global role: interfacing with B2B offers & our clients and leads
- Sales:
Delivering first sales action toward prospect clients and providing smart guidance to selected clients
drive our outbound activity by acquiring new merchants (mainly online businesses), but also identifying new partners like PSP, marketplaces or platforms to win strategic deals.
Ensure our inbound leads understand our products & offers to make them effective new clients in a timely manner
Account management: develop & manage the B2B pipeline as well as partners’ to ensure business outcomes from both verticals
Work on our product and process to help clients and other employees deliver better performance more efficiently, including collecting insights from the field and to the relevant Product, Care or Tech teams
You are in the right place if:
You have at least 2 years of experience in sales & account management,
Can demonstrate a successful track record of growing your customer base,
Have excellent communication skills
Thrive in interpersonal interactions
Refuse to settle for status quo and always look for ways to improve yourself and your environment
Are fluent in English and French
