Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Technical Product Manager (Core).

Starting in 2013 with a peer-to-peer payment product, Lydia has developed many new products over the years, which strongly complexified its payment stack : bank transfers (inbound and outbound), direct debits, Lydia card transactions, bank payment initiations... With this multiplicity of flows has come the need to build a global platform which can support and organise all these transactions, associated with a clean ledger system to keep track of each of them.

In order to address such need, Lydia has initiated a large project to rebuild a reliable and flawless core banking system, which will support the massive growth of its activity, in a sustainable way.

Reporting to our Head of Payments, you will join the Technical Product Management & Operations team.

What you will do :

• Be in charge of your products (ledger, transaction history, Lydia wallets) ;

• Design all functional evolutions related to your products to build a robust core banking system able to process millions of transactions every month ;

• Build a reporting system to keep track of all movements on Lydia platform to allow smooth reconciliation with the cash flows ;

• Support technical teams in the development of these evolutions, and validate the output of their work ;

• Design monitoring plans to track the performance of your products, and have them followed by Operations teams ;

• If necessary, hire, manage and scale your team to help you make your product evolve and operate it.

You are in the right place if :

• You have 4 to 8 years of experience in the management of a technical product with proven ability for technical conception and collaboration with technical teams ;

• You are hands-on and proactive to build the product(s) you are in charge of ;

• You show strong analytical, written communication and project management skills.

And it’s a plus if :

• You have past experience in team management & supplier management ;

• You have past experience in the payment industry.
