Operations Specialist Intern

Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Operations Specialist Intern.
Reporting to our Operations Lead, you will join the Technical Product Management & Operations team.
What you will do :
Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incidents and bugs;
Manage operational exchanges with Lydia's payment partners;
Perform data analysis to understand and improve the performance of products and processes related to your vertical;
Follow up the launch of the new features and product to validate the expected behaviour;
Define and execute certain operational processes;
Identify frictions in the product & processes related to your vertical and propose improvements to Technical Product Managers and Operations Managers.
You are in the right place if :
You’re looking for a 6 months internship starting June 2022;
Your analytical skills allow you to understand complex technical issues;
You are comfortable with SQL (or are ready to become one) and are able to analyse data to understand and solve problems;
You have a good knowledge of electronic banking;
You are fluent in French & English, both orally and in writing;
You are autonomous and proactive.
